Structural Layout For Mobile Home
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a Florida-licensed engineer to prepare a complete structural layout so I can raise my single-wide mobile home in Fort Myers. The county will require sealed drawings that show how the home will sit at the correct flood elevation, including pier spacing, support details, anchoring/tie-downs, and any connections to new or existing utility lines.
Because I have no previous plans, you will have to work from site measurements, photos, and anything else you request—I can supply those quickly. The finished package must be ready for permitting in Lee County and reference the current Florida Building Code as it applies to manufactured housing in flood zones.
Deliverables
• Signed and sealed structural layout in PDF (permit-ready)
• A reproducible CAD file (DWG or similar)
• Two plotted hard copies mailed to my Fort Myers address (if your seal is physical)
I will review a draft for accuracy before you stamp it; once approved, you send the final sealed set.
