Structural Engineering Consult and Plans

We need to replace my current home addition plans. We need to consult with a structural engineer who can change my plans to make them easier for us to complete by ourselves. Must communicate well in English. Must be familiar with the IBC for residential structures. Would prefer someone familiar with concrete, flat roof decks and shear wall construction.
