Structural Engineering-City of Phoenix

I’m looking for a few documents on a remodel project for a single family home. Project is 1 room (add on) to an existing block and framed home about 450 square feet. I already have the site plan approved through the city, but the also needs-

1 Electrical Calculations
2 Structural load calculations of beams for 20 foot span. (No attic as this is a home in Arizona with a flat roof)
3 Concrete footing schematic.

I currently have all supporting documents for the property.
