Full structural design package for building regulation submission and construction.
The construction of a pair of three storey houses on basement, ground and first floor. See below links for architect drawings.

The structural package will include (but not limited to) all the below aspects of the sub & superstructure.
 Initial site inspection to ascertain existing load bearing elements.
 Design of reinforced retaining walls and slab to development.
 Design of piled foundation slab due to site investigation recommendations, if required.
 Bar bending schedules for slab and retaining walls to basement.
 Design of beams, posts and frames throughout to support the building.
 Design of new floor and ceiling joists throughout.
 Design of new purlins, hips, props, rafters, flat roof joists for new roof areas.
 Design of steel plate and bottom plate for large bi-fold opening.
 Design of lintels to all new external openings.
 Design of the local bearing pads to the steel beam ends.
 Design of lateral stability checks where required.
 Design of masonry and piers to beam ends for bearing and lateral stability.
 Design of new standard strip and pad foundations to new walls and columns where/if required.
 Structural calculations for building control approval.
 General arrangement drawings for the above details and for the positions of any steel beams, columns and
connections to the main structure.
 Any comments required on the structural steel work fabrication drawings as submitted by others.
 Any discussions/queries required with the local Building Control department during the approval period.
