Structural Engineer needed for Residential Project

I'm in need of a structural engineer to perform a thorough analysis of my large residential property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive structural analysis of modified blueprints provided
- Identify any issues for compliance with IRC codes and modify plans if needed
- Provide framing plan /details for floor truss system
- Provide stamp for project in USA

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in conducting structural analysis for residential properties, with a focus on larger homes.
- Experience with CAD and modifying blueprints
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate any findings and recommended actions.
- Relevant qualifications in structural engineering / architecture
