Structural Engineer experienced in timber construction for tropical island resort AS/NZS 1170

Our architect is designing two new restaurants for our South Pacific private island resort and needs engineering assistance from an experienced structural engineer experienced in timber construction that is able to work through the Festive Season to come up with an innovative structural engineering solution that means all reasonable measures have been built into the design to mitigate the risk of cyclone, tsunami, sea surge etc. without compromising the overall design objective to create a world class open air dining experience with some of the best views in the world. We are prepared to trade off some structural strength to achieve the objective and to be able to build these restaurants immediately.
