Structural Engineer to design a wood beam (lvl) to span 34 ft clear.

We are renovating an existing flex building. The roof is free spanning meaning there are no load bearing walls inside the building. It had a couple of tenants in the building and one has left. The existing separation wall (between the 2 tenants) is being opened up and the whole thing will be used by 1 tenant. Need Lvl or equivalent to span 34 feet free span and all it is holding up is 2x4 metal stud wall with 2 layers of 5/8 inch sheetrock on each side. that goes up to the roof. Its about 7 ft tall. It was there to separate the 2 entities (separation wall). Didn't want to tear it all out because of the mess. Needs to be stamped and sealed by engineer for job in Clayton North Carolina.
I have attached a picture of one side of wall that will be opened up with a 34 ft beam to support the wall above it that has 2 layers of 5/8 sheetrock on each side, but does not carry any roof load.
