Structural Engineer to assess house foundations

We have a house that we want to get a mortgage on and need to get an engineers report on the structure of the house foundations. We have an initial engineers report done on the property. Cracks were observed in this report and more investigation was advised. We need to know what work needs to be done to the foundation and estimated cost. I can provide the report on request
