Structural Drawings & Certification
Budget: €599 – €5,000 EUR
I’m ready to move my new-build home from concept to construction and need a qualified structural designer or engineer to turn my architectural drawings into a full set of permit-ready drawings and provide the professional sign-off required by the building authority.
Scope
• Convert my architectural drawings into precise 2D structural drawings (foundations, framing, roof, key details) in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Include all structural calculations, notes and schedules needed for approval.
• Coordinate with me on local code requirements and update drawings until the authority grants approval.
• Issue the final engineer’s stamp or signed certificate of structural adequacy.
What I already have
• Basic floor-plan sketches outlining room sizes and general layout.
• Site information, setback requirements and soil report.
What I don’t need
• 3D renderings or interior layouts—strictly 2D structural content.
Ideal experience
Licensed structural engineer or designer experienced with residential new builds, comfortable producing permit packages and handling revision rounds quickly.
Timeline
I’d like an initial draft within three months, with final stamped drawings shortly after any authority feedback.
