Structural Design for Family Home
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m moving ahead with a new single-family residence in the 2,000–4,000 sq ft range and need the full structural package to take it from concept to permit. Architectural floor plans and elevations are already complete; what’s missing is a stamped structural design that aligns with local code and the architectural intent.
You will analyse loads, size all members, and produce clear, construction-ready drawings. Typical deliverables include—
• Foundation layout with footing, slab and rebar details
• Framing plans for floor, roof and load-bearing walls
• Beam, column and connection schedules
• Structural notes, calculations and any required schedules for permitting
Feel free to work in your preferred toolkit (Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS/SAP2000 or similar); just supply both PDF sheets and the native CAD files so my GC can coordinate seamlessly.
I’m available for quick clarifications and will review at each milestone to keep the project moving. Let’s make sure this future home stands solid from the ground up.
