Structural Design For Apartment Complex

I’m moving ahead with a brand-new residential apartment complex and need a structural designer who can take the architectural concept set and turn it into a complete, code-compliant structural package ready for permitting and construction.

Scope
The work is strictly for new construction, so everything will be developed from the ground up: foundation system, framing, lateral resistance, roof, and all supporting calculations. I’m open to your preferred workflow, but experience with common tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or SAP2000 will help us collaborate efficiently.

Deliverables I’m expecting
• Full structural drawings in PDF and editable CAD/Revit format
• Signed structural calculations demonstrating code compliance
• Material specifications and connection details appropriate for an apartment complex
• A brief design narrative that outlines assumptions, load paths, and design codes followed

Acceptance
Drawings and calcs must satisfy the latest local residential codes and be ready for submission to our permitting authority. Once the plans reviewer confirms acceptance without structural corrections, the job is complete.
