S+3 Structural Design & Estimate residential building
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to move ahead with a full structural package for my four-storey (stilt + three) residence. The look and feel I want is unmistakably modern, and generous floor-to-ceiling windows are part of the concept, so the framing must accommodate larger openings without sacrificing strength.
The building will be a concrete structure, so all calculations, detailing, and quantity take-offs should be based on reinforced-concrete members. I’ll need the design to comply with prevailing seismic and wind codes for our region; please confirm which code sets you usually work with when you reply.
Because this project will go straight to my local contractor, I need more than just line diagrams—I’m expecting a complete, construction-ready package. To make sure we’re on the same page, here’s what I’ll be looking for on delivery:
• Structural drawings: foundation, slab, columns, beams, staircases, lintels, and roof deck, laid out in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF
• Analysis files: original ETABS / STAAD Pro / SAFE models, showing load combinations and deflection checks
• Bar bending schedules and concrete quantity sheets, clearly itemised floor by floor
• A consolidated cost estimate (materials + labour) that I can hand to bidders, broken down by structural element
If you have questions about site data, soil reports, or architectural plans, let me know right away and I’ll provide them. I’d like to review a preliminary model within the first milestone so we can freeze the member sizes before you generate detailed drawings.
Looking forward to seeing your approach and previous RC mid-rise samples.
