Structural Deck Assessment & Sign-off

I need a licensed structural engineer to certify a residential composite upper deck and sunroom that was built without a prescriptive design (now we have the drawing) including a new staircase from top deck coming to the bottom deck. Every structural component—from the existing foundation and footings through the new stair, up to the upper-deck hand-railing—must be checked for code compliance and load capacity, including the additional loads introduced by the staircase.

Your task is to inspect the assembly, perform all necessary load calculations, and issue a stamped report that my local building department will accept. Expect to review foundation and footings, staircase, and hand railing in detail, run dead/live/environmental load checks, and recommend any reinforcement required. Please be comfortable producing or updating CAD details (AutoCAD/Revit) and using structural analysis tools such as RISA or SAP2000.
