Structural Calculations

I am looking for a structural engineer to provide calculations for 4 different scenarios regarding a domestic property. This is an ongoing service and the calculations produced will be used mulitple times. The first time I will pay for the documents to be produced, any other time I will pay for it the updated document to be checked.

Requirements:
- Must work to Eurocodes
- Must be charted
- Must have proof of insurance

Scenarios:
1) Removal of an internal load bearing wall
2) Removal of an external load bearing wall
3) Removal of a chimney stack
4) Foundation design for single/double storey extension
