Structural Analysis and Structural new house Drawings

I am looking for a structural engineer freelancer who can provide me with structural analysis and new house structural drawings. The construction material is wood framing and concrete footings. I have an idea of the design. The ideal candidate should have experience in new house structural engineering and be able to provide detailed structural drawings for construction purposes. Compliance with ASCE-7 , NDS , ACI-318 building design codes is required.
