Steel 9’ Platform for a 46x22 Timber Frame Cabin

I am building a 46’ x 22’ timber frame cabin in the Hudson Valley, New York. I already have engineered plans for the cabin, but I would like to place the cabin on top of a 9’ tall platform consisting of concrete piers, steel posts, and I-beams (pdf with sketches attached).
