PE Stamping for Home Renovations and Projects
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have several single-family renovation plans ready for permit submission in Washington, Connecticut, Texas, and Florida. All drawings are complete in AutoCAD/Revit and meet the latest IRC guidelines; what I’m missing is a professional stamp from someone already licensed in at least one of those states.
The first project file is ready to go today, so I need a quick review, any required code-driven tweaks, and a digitally signed and sealed set returned right away. Additional houses will follow on a rolling basis.
Deliverables (per project)
• Red-lined feedback on any changes needed for local code compliance
• Final stamped plans in PDF and DWG formats
• Brief compliance letter citing the relevant state amendments
Acceptance will be based on the jurisdiction’s approval without further structural comments. Please let me know which state license(s) you currently hold and your typical turnaround time so we can get started immediately.
