I already have a complete set of drawings for a small (30 × 30 ft or under) pole barn that will serve strictly as storage. All I need now is a licensed structural engineer or architect to review the plans and apply an official stamp for permitting in my jurisdiction.
Scope is straightforward:
• Review my existing PDFs for code compliance and structural adequacy.
• Make any minor red-line adjustments required for the stamp.
• Provide the signed and sealed drawings in PDF (and, if you prefer, DWG) ready for submission to the building department.
