Stainless Steel Egress Platform Design

I am seeking a skilled professional to design and construct a stainless steel egress escape platform on the side of my house. The platform will measure 4' x 4' and be four inches thick, positioned 24' above the ground outside a window measuring 32" x 48". It will be supported by two 4" x 4" metal posts made of 18-gauge stainless steel, anchored on concrete footers.

Key Requirements:
- Construct a 4' x 4' stainless steel platform with 42" high rails spaced four inches apart on each side.
- Install a swing gate at the front of the platform.
- Design a small stepping platform for safe access to a fixed ladder.
- Ensure the ladder includes handles at the top for secure transitioning from the platform.
- The structure must be sturdy and compliant with safety standards.
