Single-Girder 5T EOT Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for a full engineering package for a single-girder, 5-ton EOT crane that will run exclusively indoors. The end goal is a set of drawings and calculations that a fabricator can take straight to the shop floor, so accuracy and code compliance are critical.
What I need from you
• General arrangement and detailed fabrication drawings (AutoCAD or SolidWorks files plus PDFs)
• Verified structural and mechanical calculations covering bridge, runway beam, end carriages, hoist, trolley and wheel loads, all to the relevant IS/EN standards for indoor duty
• Electrical schematic with recommended motor, VFD and control components
• Bill of materials with commercial part numbers and weights
• Clear installation notes and maintenance guidelines
Acceptance criteria
• All documents self-checkable through your calculation sheets
• Deflection, stress and fatigue limits within code allowances for a 5-ton SWL
• Drawings dimensioned in metric, ready for fabrication with no missing views
• Any proprietary items (hoist, motors, brakes) must be specified with readily available models
