Second-Story Addition for ADU

I'm planning a second-story extension on my house over the garage and laundry room. The plumbing will be coming in from the utility room and up the south exterior wall for the sewer drain tie in. I want to use a shed roof that slopes to the yard. Specifically designed as an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU). Key components of this project include:
- Constructing a comprehensive, fully-equipped ADU on the second floor
- Installing a kitchen, 1 bathroom,2 bedrooms and living area within the unit
-Making sure the current foundation can support the addition.
Ideal candidates for this project should have substantial experience in home additions and multi-purpose design. Competency in building code compliance, as well as knowledge of constructing an ADU, is highly desirable. Please include a portfolio of similar projects in your bid.
