The plans are not required for construction – they will be used to explain what is being proposed to be built, and to get support and feedback from neighbors Having said that, the plans (and possibly the file you produce) will be used as a basis to derive the actual plan set that will be submitted to the authority.
Key elements:-
• Dwg, Auto Civil 3D output of retaining walls positions vertical and horizontal.
• Top of wall, bottom of wall for all retaining walls
• Data sufficient in Auto Civil 3D for another to produce renderings, views, picture of what the walls look like from the street (and from other places)
• Data points to be as accurate as possible but these files are not to be used for construction
Good quality topographic map with elevation points AVAILABLE NOW to contractor, in dwg and attached.
Horizontal positions of walls have already been carefully laid out. Good quality scan to be provided. See attached jpg. So now it’s easy, right?
