STAAD.Pro Small steel structure review
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am a Structural Engineer myself but new to STAAD.Pro. I need a STAAD.Pro experienced user to help me Figure out what is wrong with my current model.
I do not need a report just a check on the model whether the sections used are not enough, the shape of the truss, the load application method etc. as it is giving me unreasonable node displacement values
The project is a simple 52 m x 0.9 m x 2.5 m steel truss which will be used as a parapet and it will be carrying just aluminum cladding panels. the structure is on a height of 32 m from the ground.
Final deliverables:
A STAAD.Pro file with Safe results using not so far off section sizes from the ones already used in the attached file.
