Roof changes Utah

We are wanting to change a hip to gable and add a dormer on our loft home in down town salt lake. I imagine it will need some structural engineering. Even better if they can guide us to someone to do the building of the project. looking for soon. We already paid for new shingles but they don't alter roofs.
