Roof Damage Verification for Insurance Claim

I'm seeking a professional to verify the cause of leakage on my flat roof for an insurance claim. The suspected culprit is weather conditions.

I believe the damage was caused by high winds and a low pressure system, possibly hail. Lots of rain has entered my home since, but the insurance company is saying they do not see any visible roof damage. I had just had the roof coated in December of 2023. I was told the underlying roofing material was in very good condition, at the time.
The insurance company is denying the claim, based on no areas of the roof being torn off or visibly peeled back. The water mitigation company has removed over 600 gallons of water from the interior of my house, so it is getting in somewhere!
