Revit 1:20 Structural Detail Library -- 2

I have a growing library of typical 1 : 20 structural details that needs to be set up properly in the latest version of Revit. For this initial phase I want 60–80 clearly presented details covering timber, steel and concrete assemblies. I will supply mark-ups and sketches; your job is to transform them into clean, reusable Revit details that drop straight into my project template.

Alongside the details, I have a drawn title block that must be reproduced in Revit exactly as shown. I’ll forward the PDF and any logos so you can match line weights, fonts and sheet parameters.

We’ll work closely on Microsoft Teams, sharing screens as needed so I can review your progress and give quick feedback. Strong spoken and written English is essential for these live sessions; if communication becomes difficult I’ll have to end the collaboration.

Deliverables
• One Revit template (.rte) containing 60–80 1 : 20 detail views, each correctly named, referenced and annotated
• Associated drafting/detail components, line styles and fill patterns organised in the family browser
• Revit title-block family (.rfa) rebuilt from my sketch, ready to host project and client data
• A brief text summary explaining view organisation and any custom families you created
