Revit-Based ICF Housing Design -- 2

Job ID: 40477498

Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR

I have a 30-unit residential scheme that must be modelled in Revit with insulated-concrete-form walls and fully coordinated through Autodesk Robot Structural Designer. Every foundation, footing, wall and roof element needs to satisfy the current Irish Building Regulations and the relevant Eurocodes, so the calculation package you generate in Robot Strucutal Analysis has to back that up.

The brief in practical terms is straightforward: build a clean parametric Revit template for the first house type, synchronise it with Robot for automated analysis and reinforcement, then replicate and adapt the model across the remaining plots. Walls stay ICF concrete, while intermediate floors and pitched roofs are timber; all connections, tie-downs and bearings should reflect that material mix.

We have initial Revit files and architects dwg xrefs to begin the process.

When the modelling and analysis are done I will need three concrete deliverables:
• The native Revit files with clean worksets and view templates etc. and all information.
• A locked Robot Structural Designer file plus the exported calculation report demonstrating Eurocode compliance.
• A printable drawing set (PDF and .RVT) covering plans, sections, elevations, schedules and standard details suitable for building-control submission.

If you are already comfortable bouncing between Revit and Robot, and you know the quirks of the Irish codes, this will be a repeatable, process-driven job with plenty of follow-on work as we move to later phases.
