Review photos of framing and pier repairs and provide stamped engineer letter signing off on repairs for the inspector

My project is about having an engineer review photos of framing and pier repairs and provide a stamped engineer letter signing off on the repairs for the inspector. The repairs pertained to both framing and pier repairs, and I have both before and after photos of the repairs. I need the engineer's letter as soon as possible. I have an engineers letter stating the repairs that need to be made, but I cannot reach the original engineer to sign off on the completed repairs.
