Retaining Walls (Structural Engineering needed)

I need structural engineering plans for retaining walls being built on the property. I have multiple retaining walls that are being built on the property and would like them engineered to withstand the hillside so that they do not fail prematurely and so that I can get a permit from the city of Orinda, CA. The height of the retaining wall on the street side with a fence on top is roughly 4.5 -5 feet tall. The height of the retaining wall in the drive way is roughly 5 feet tall. In the back yard, there are two additional retaining walls that are roughly 4.5 and 6 feet tall respectively. The length of all of these walls range from 25 feet in the drive way, to roughly 40 feet on the street side, to roughly 40 feet or so in the back yard. I have included the design drawing I received to assist with getting precise location and drawings to scale so that you can determine the length of the walls as I guessed with the lengths above, though the heights of the walls should be pretty accurate within 6 inches. I believe Orinda CA is on clay soil and many contractors that have visited have recommended a decent size footing to ensure longevity of the project though would like structural engineering.
