Residential structural engineer Finch Hatton QLD 4756

I am commencing an extensive residential renovation in Finch Hatton. Step one is to move the 6m x 6m carport pictured above, onto a new slab and driveway at the rear of the property also pictured above. The slab will be 6m x12 m with a driveway at the front. My intention, if approved by council, is to raise the carport to the maximum height permitted, which I understand is 4m from the eaves down. I also intend to close the carport in, thereby turning it into a double lock up garage with a single, double wide roller door at the front and two single roller doors at the back. I also hope to add a double carport out the back of this structure over the remaining 6m x 6m left of the slab. I will need plans drawn up to suit Mackay council building codes relevant to Finch Hatton.

In addition to this project, I also intend to remove a dividing wall inside the house and add a large support beam across the room, making it an open living area. Obviously, I will also need plans for this.
