I’m starting a new residential build and need someone who can take charge of both the structural engineering and the construction management right from the blank-sheet stage. I don’t have any plans yet, so the work begins with creating code-compliant structural drawings, calculations, and details. Once the design is approved, I’d like the same professional or team to stay on and steer the construction itself—coordinating trades, monitoring quality, and keeping the schedule and costs under control.
Deliverables
• Complete, permit-ready structural plans and calculation set (PDF + editable CAD).
• Phased construction schedule with budget tracking.
• Regular site or remote progress reports with photos and issue logs.
• Final compliance sign-off confirming the residence meets structural standards and local regulations.
AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or any comparable tool is fine as long as we can exchange both PDFs and source files. Bilingual communication in English or Spanish is welcome, and I’m available for video calls and shared cloud folders throughout the project.
