I have the architectural plans for a new residential build and now need a complete structural drawing package I can hand straight to the permit office and the contractor. The scope covers every key element—foundation, beams and columns, and the roof structure—drawn to comply with our local building codes.
What I expect to receive is a clear, build-ready set of drawings in PDF for review and an editable CAD file for coordination. Each sheet should show dimensions, member sizes, reinforcement, connection details, notes, and any schedules needed for site execution.
Deliverables
• Foundation plan with footing sizes, reinforcement, and relevant sections
• Framing plans and details for beams and columns
• Roof structural layout with member sizes, connections, and bracing
• General notes referencing the applicable local code
