Residential Structural Drawing Package

I’m finalising the design of a new residential building and now need a full set of structural drawings to move the project toward permitting and construction.
Scope
• Translate my architectural floor plans into clear, build-ready structural sheets, including foundation, framing, column and beam layouts, reinforcement details, and connection notes.
• Use AutoCAD for drafting; feel free to run checks or generate schedules with SAP2000 or ETABS if that streamlines your workflow.
• Deliver drawings in both DWG and PDF formats, organised and layered professionally so any engineer or contractor can follow them easily.
What I’ll provide
– Architectural plans in DWG/PDF
– Design loads, material specifications, and any previous mark-ups
What I expect in return
– Neat, to-scale drawings that comply with standard residential codes (ACI/ASCE or local equivalent)
– Clear annotation, title blocks, and revision table
– A brief calculation summary or mark-ups showing the member sizes you selected so I can verify intent
