I have a ground-up, new-construction residential project ready for permit submission and now need a licensed Professional Engineer to review the full plan set and place an official PE stamp. Architectural drawings are complete; what’s missing is the final engineering seal that satisfies my local building department.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Thorough code-compliance review of the current drawings.
• Clear, concise mark-ups (if any) returned to my designer for quick revisions.
• Final signed, sealed PDF set suitable for electronic permit upload, plus two hard copies if the jurisdiction asks for them.
Please let me know the state(s) where you hold an active PE license, recent experience with residential new builds, and your typical turnaround time. If you routinely collaborate on wood, steel, or concrete framing, mention that as well—the structural system is still being finalized and flexibility could be helpful.
