I’m reaching out because my property in Nash County, NC has a foundation that does not meet depth requirements under current building codes. I’ve been advised that it may need underpinning or another corrective solution to bring it up to standard.
I’m looking for:
A site inspection and evaluation of the current foundation
Design recommendations to meet code (e.g. frost line, load-bearing)
A stamped plan (if you are an engineer) or an estimate for repair (if you are a contractor)
The structure is currently house, concrete block foundation
