Residential Foundation Assessment

I need a structural engineer to inspect the foundation on a 150 year old house in Ashley Ohio
We are doing a cash out refinance. A few days before our FHA inspection , our sump pump died. We then realized our hose bib for outside had been leaking into the basement. So we replaced the hose bib and got a new sump pump but since the floor of the cellar is not even water had pooled in locations. After the inspection we got commercial dehumidifiers and patched any cracks we thought could potentially leak with hydraulic cement. It is perfectly dry now but because of the fact there was water at one oint FHA wants the entire foundation inspected. We see no cracked foundation stones or house sagging abnormal to this age of home but need this inspection done by April 3rd 2024 to be able to close on the 4th,
