Residential Design Collaboration Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m managing several residential builds and renovations at once and need a dependable design partner who can move smoothly between architectural, interior, and structural tasks. On each home I’ll share the site data, client brief, and any sketches I already have; you’ll turn that information into coordinated drawings and 3-D visuals that can go straight to local authorities, contractors, and suppliers.
Typical flow
• Develop schematic floor plans and elevations from my rough concepts
• Refine them into permit-ready drawings and detailed BIM or CAD files
• Run the structural analysis, size members, and create framing plans with calculations attached
• Shape the interior look—room layouts, lighting concepts, material palettes, and furniture placement—and produce renderings or mood boards my clients can sign off on
Final files need to arrive in both DWG (or RVT) and PDF, fully layered and annotated, so that engineers, quantity surveyors, and site teams can work from a single coordinated set. I work almost exclusively in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe suite, so being comfortable in at least two of those will make collaboration straightforward.
These projects are staggered, so deadlines vary, but clear weekly check-ins and version control are essential to keep everything on track. If your portfolio shows residential experience across the three requested disciplines—architectural design, interior design, and structural design—let’s talk about the first house and set up a workflow that suits us both.
