Replace Column with I-Beam

I need an experienced structural engineer to design and stamp the replacement of portion of a span of LVL beam with a steel I-beam in my basement to eliminate one support column. This is primarily for aesthetic improvement. The current LVL is two 1.75X11" or 3.5" X 11" total with a span between columns of roughly 10'9". Ideally the existing LVL would be cut at the center column, this column then supporting existing remaining LVL span and new steel I beam would then freespan ~ 22" to support pocket existing in foundation wall for LVL
