Renovation1

We are removing low-bearing walls to renovate the kitchen and living area. There are two low-bearing walls that meet in a corner in the middle of the living area. I have access to getting LVLs to support the ceiling but do not know the accurate sizes to use nor the correct hangers screws and nails for the size of the LVLs unless recommended to use another type of support. I have two options the first is to have no support columns in the middle of the living space and the other is with a column. I have attached pictures of the space. Thank you for your time.
