I am in need of an engineer design a large concrete elevated deck primarily for the purpose of creating a peaceful lounge and relaxation space and outdoor kitchen under the deck. the structure can be steel supporting a 24 feet by 24 feet deck that is water tight...i was thinking welding in pans and pouring concrete.
