I'm seeking a structural engineer familiar with American Standards and proficient in ETABS to conduct an adequacy check on my existing 10-storey RCC building. This is necessary as I plan to make a new opening for a lift. A preliminary ETABS model is available for your use.
Key Focus:
- The primary focus of the check will be on the structural beams of the building.
Deliverables:
- A comprehensive technical report detailing your findings and recommendations.
Analyses:
- The adequacy check should also include simulations for seismic and wind load analysis.
