Professional report

Hello, my husband and I, recently bought a single family house in a Phoenix Historic District. We are applying for a Demolition Permit and we need to submit a Professional report substantiating the condition of this property, by a registered professional engineer or licensed architect. We need to hire a Structural Engineer or licensed architect to inspect the building and provide a report detailing the current status of the building, walls, foundation, footings, and roof structure. This report should also detail recommended ways to make the building safe and secure, and determine how to make repairs.
