I need a detailed FEA analysis of a pressure vessel sphere. The goal is to verify thickness under various loading conditions.
Key Requirements:
- Full 360° global sphere analysis
- Internal pressure, external pressure, thermal loads
- Shell, column, and bracing modeling
- Consider design, operating, wind, seismic, piping load, and differential settlement cases
- Fatigue screening based on ammonia filling, emptying, and refrigeration
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in FEA software (ANSYS, Abaqus, etc.)
- Strong background in pressure vessel design and analysis
- Experience with multi-loading condition assessments
- Knowledge of ammonia properties and related safety standards
- Structural engineering degree or equivalent experience
