Precast Design Engineer for Villa Construction
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We already have the architectural and structural drawings for the villas and now require a specialized precast design engineer or draftsman to convert these into precast-suitable detailed shop drawings for production and mold fabrication.
Scope of Work:
Review our existing villa architectural and structural drawings (PDF/DWG).
Convert and optimize the design for precast construction, including:
Precast columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and sandwich wall panels (with EPS/XPS core).
Define element breakdown, connections, lifting points, joints, and assembly sequence.
Prepare detailed shop drawings and element schedules (for factory production).
Provide exact dimensions and technical data for each element so the factory supplier can design molds accordingly.
Coordinate with us on minor revisions to ensure compatibility with the planned factory capacity and layout.
Required Experience:
Proven work on villa or low-rise precast buildings (preferably GCC or Middle East projects).
Strong knowledge of ACI 318 / BS 8110 / EN 13369 precast standards.
Ability to provide sample drawings or reference projects.
Deliverables:
Precast element breakdown drawings (AutoCAD / DWG format).
Structural connection and lifting detail sheets.
Element schedules with weight, size, reinforcement, and inserts.
Coordination layout for mold fabrication and factory production.
Follow-up batch standardization for additional villas.
