Current scope includes:
- Transform existing concept layout of a single-story home (approx. 115 m²) into comprehensive structural drawings.
- Progress from preliminary design to detailed fabrication drawings.
- Integrate electrical, plumbing, and sewage schematics for complete, construction-ready documents.
- Design walls using PIWPs (Precast Insulated Wall Panels) methods.
- Specifications according to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with precast concrete systems.
