Permit a 610 sq ft structure built in 1978 in Temecula, CA. County says never finalized
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
It was a 2 car garage with full bathroom and office but has been converted into a dwelling unit or attached ADU. Riverside County is asking for a stamped engineering letter for the structure. Plumbing and electrical were finalized but not the structure for some reason. Or at least I can’t find evidence it was.
