PEB Design & Tonnage Estimation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a skilled pre-engineered building (PEB) designer who can take a commercial-use brief, turn it into clear AutoCAD drawings, and back every line with an accurate tonnage and material take-off. Each assignment will vary in footprint—from compact showrooms to multi-level retail hubs—so the steel weight, member sizing, and detailing must scale accordingly.
Here’s how we’ll collaborate:
• I’ll share the site data, functional layout, and any project-specific priorities (sometimes it’s energy efficiency, other times extra load capacity or a stronger aesthetic).
• You translate that into GA drawings, connection details, and a bill of materials, then generate a concise tonnage summary that my procurement team can act on immediately.
• All work is done in AutoCAD; if you rely on complementary tools such as MBS or STAAD to validate the frame, even better, just include the output in your package.
Because most of my projects break ground in Rajasthan and Gujarat, proximity helps for occasional site clarifications, but remote delivery is perfectly fine as long as deadlines are met. If you’re comfortable hopping from one project size to the next and can defend your numbers with solid calculations, let’s start with the upcoming build and keep the momentum rolling from there.
