I have an existing set of structural drawings that a municipality has asked me to revise for full Ontario Building Code compliance. The sheets need to be completely redone— not just marked-up— and then sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer registered in Ontario.
Scope
• Re-create the structural framing plans, ensuring every member size, connection detail, and material specification aligns with current OBC requirements.
• Produce clear load calculations that verify all gravity and lateral loads for the building.
• Integrate the calculations into the drawing package so reviewers can follow the design logic without a separate report.
Deliverables
1. Editable CAD files (DWG) of the revised structural set.
2. A combined PDF package with your digital engineer’s stamp and signature.
3. Supporting calculation sheets in PDF, referenced on the drawings.
