Ontario PE Stamp: Commercial Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing the permit package for a new commercial building here in Ontario and need a Professional Engineer, licensed in this province, to carry out the formal design review and place their official stamp on the drawings. The project is still in the planning stage, so you’ll be looking at architectural and structural sheets before they go to the municipality.
You’ll check that everything complies with the latest Ontario Building Code and any applicable municipal bylaws, note any revisions I should make, and once those adjustments are complete, issue your stamp along with a brief letter confirming code compliance.
Deliverables
• PDF set of reviewed, signed, and stamped drawings
• One-page stamped compliance letter (PDF)
If you’re currently in good standing with PEO and have experience with commercial building construction submissions, I’d be happy to share the drawings right away so we can keep the schedule moving.
