Ontario Engineer Stamp & Drawings

Job ID: 39845837

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I’m making structural changes to an existing commercial space in Ontario and the municipality has asked for an engineer-stamped package before they will issue a permit. Because there are no usable structural drawings on file, you’ll be starting from a blank slate: confirming the current conditions from my site photos and measurements, designing the required alterations, and issuing a complete, permit-ready set that bears your Ontario P.Eng seal.

Here’s how I picture the workflow: we review the existing building information I provide, you propose the structural solution, iterate once if needed, then produce the final drawings and calcs. Tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent BIM/CAD software are fine as long as the end product is clear and compliant with the Ontario Building Code, CAN/CSA S16 and related standards.

Deliverables
• Preliminary schematics for my sign-off
• Final structural drawings (PDF for submission, DWG for record) with your digital or wet P.Eng stamp
• Schedule 1 Designer form and a concise calculation package

Please include an estimated turnaround time and any site data you will need beyond what I already have. I’m ready to move quickly once we agree on scope and timeline.
